This is one in a series of quilts I made by rusting old iron tools into the fibers of silk broadcloth. The shapes reflect themselves through the folds as the iron spreads and fixes into the silk. It also happens to fit very nicely into my Balancing Act series, thus the title.

It is ready to hang with top and lower fabric sleeves on the back, including custom-cut bars. Ships rolled.
