About the American Craft Made
Online Artists Directory

The American Craft Made Online Artists Directory connects you to craft artists from across the country. Learn more about the artists' stories, how their work is made, and the processes they use to create their craft. The Directory will be available 24/7, connecting artists and collectors all year long with new artists added on an ongoing basis.

Find contact information for each artist on their profile page to reach out to them for custom commission opportunities or wholesale. Custom commissions are offered by many artists, and this will be noted on their profile pages. Custom commissions can be requested by emailing the artist directly if there is something that you would like the artist to create just for you.

Retailers looking to resell the artists' work can explore the Directory as a resource for finding new inventory. Wholesale is offered by many artists in the Directory, and it will be noted on their profile page if wholesale is available. Wholesale requests can be managed directly with the artists by contacting them via email.

Upcoming Online Artists Directory pop-up marketplace events will take place in May 2023, August 2023, and November 2023. Shop for one-of-a-kind craft directly on the site! Outside of those times, products will only be available from the artists' websites and products will not be for sale in our Directory. Artists' profile pages will always be available to explore and include images of their work along with their contact information.

About American Craft Made

There's something about craft that brings people together. The personal touch of an artist makes us wonder who made it? How and why? Craft is an invitation for us to connect more deeply with one another, our communities, our values, and with the beauty of the world around us.

Produced by the national nonprofit American Craft Council, American Craft Made is designed to connect people to craft artists from across the country—a chance to get to know the makers behind the work we admire, to support their practice, and to bring their craft into our daily lives. Since putting on our first craft fair in 1966, ACC marketplaces have evolved over the years, always providing a space to connect with artists and celebrate all things handmade.

About the American Craft Council

The American Craft Council (ACC) is a national nonprofit working to keep the craft community connected, inspired, and thriving. Founder Aileen Osborn Webb recognized the significant impact craft has on individuals and communities and established the nonprofit to preserve, cultivate, and celebrate this communal heritage. Eighty years later, the organization’s efforts span the nation. ACC shares stories and amplifies voices through American Craft magazine and other online content, creates marketplace events that support artists and connect people to craft, and celebrates craft’s legacy through longstanding awards and a unique research library. A range of other programs creates space for dialogue and action—because ACC believes craft can bring us together as people. Learn more at www.craftcouncil.org.
