This necklace features a pendant I carved from pale green, or celadon, Siberian nephrite jade. The black line on the pendant is an inlay of oil enamel.
The pendant is accented black and gray obsidian beads and a plant dyed hand braided silk kumihimo cord.
The length of the necklace is adjustable by means of a sliding bead.
The pendant measures 3 1/2" high x 1" wide x 5/8" thick. The entire necklace weighs 1 ounce.
The pendant is signed and dated SCHILLING 2021.
