"Black Cloud" jade necklace featuring an abstract sculptural pendant I carved in black Wyoming nephrite jade. The jade is combined with a plant dyed and hand braided pure silk cord with tones of indigo, brown, and black.
A red glass bead (simulating coral) secures the knot at the top of the pendant, and another (sliding) bead makes the length of the necklace adjustable.
The pendant measures 1 1/4" high x 2 1/8" wide x 1/2" thick. The entire necklace weighs 1 ounce even.
The jade is marked "SCHILLING 2023"
