Two combined scenes inspired by Rod Serling’s Time Enough At Last, a favorite Twilight Zone episode. Henry Bemis, a bank teller, just wanted to read, at a time when no one would let him. He would lock himself in the bank vault during his lunch hour. This is where he was unwittingly kept safe when the world was destroyed. Stumbling across the public library steps with his favorite books of all time…he had, time enough at last…

The same set was used in the 1960 version of The Time Machine modeled after the New York Public Library! Materials include steel, vintage printer plates, stainless steel mesh, mini eyeglasses, brass jewelry beads, vintage watch parts, industrial steel parts, and miniature paper books. The public library steps are represented as books with the spines revealing other Twilight Zone or Rod Serling references.
