Infinity loop scarves made from my own original fabric designs. Each fabric starts as a handmade paper collage made from recycled and handpainted papers. The original art is converted to a digital format which is professionally printed on to fabric.
This collection of designs features security paper: the black and white patterned interiors of envelopes that are used to mail sensitive documents. I love to create designs that are unexpected and whimsical. Each print is full of details and rich textures.
Adelie: Features black and white penguins on an icy blue background
Blue Jay: Vibrant blue feathers made from security paper, newsprint, sheet music and painted paper
Footpath: A geometric polka-dot made from recycled catalog pages, text and security paper
By George: A cobalt, black and white pattern of rainclouds made from security paper
Walk in the Park: Hand-drawn dogs with security paper color blocks on a soft red background
Shape: The scarf is a single continuous loop, sewed with a half-twist so that it has a moebius shape. This lets it drape in soft folds and hang nicely almost any way you wear it. When laid flat, the measurements are 13x20 inches. It is designed to fit more like a necklace, not an oversized cowl. There is nothing to tie, arrange or double up; you just pop it on and you are ready to go.
Price includes shipping. I ship via USPS first class mail with tracking.
Fabric: Polyester crepe de chine. Machine wash and dry; warm iron as needed. Scarves are lightweight, soft and easy to care for.
