Kalmus Knives


A Chef's Knife of 52100 carbon steel with an 10" cutting edge and an overall length of 15". Macassar ebony scales with nickel silver pins. A bit heavier than most of my knives, the spine at the handle being .11” and tapering from there to the point; with the very dense ebony adding some additional weight at the handle.

A big, simple but gorgeous knife for those who take their cutting seriously!
