Indigenous Land Acknowledgement

The American Craft Council is hosting American Craft Made Baltimore Online from its Minneapolis headquarters, residing on the traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of the Dakota people, land ceded in the Treaties of 1837 and 1851. In celebrating the Baltimore area, we also acknowledge that this project is rooted in the unceded, traditional territories of the Piscataway, Susquehannock, and Nanticoke peoples, as well as the contemporary home to a living community of Lumbee people.
