Q&A with the Artist

Tell us how your work is made.

Each piece is wheel thrown, then holes are cut when it is still wet. The holes are initially cut small so that the piece won't collapse. Then when it is bone dry each hole is painstakingly enlarged until the desired effect is created.

What makes you passionate about the medium you work with?

It's just what I love to do.

What is something unique about you or your practice?

That each piece is done by hand. There are no molds or templates used.
