Q&A With This Artist
A: My minimalist designs are hand-fabricated in sterling silver and 18k gold. I begin with sheet, wire, and tubing which I saw, solder, forge and form to build the architecturally inspired works ruminating in my mind. Occasionally, I use alternative materials like fabric, thread, steel or anything else that I happen upon which fits the aesthetic of the piece I'm working on.
A: At a young age I started creating. I worked in many mediums through the years but none made sense to me like metal. I don't know why but I understand how to work with it. Once I was presented with the tools I took off.
A: My patrons keep me passionate. Not being able to meet with my customers in person over the past year has been challenging for me. Their passion for art inspires me and fuels me to get back in the studio and create.
