  dconstruct is a husband and wife design team. Together with their love for unique design they create unique colorful statement jewelry and homeware from recycled resin, corian, concrete ad Jesmonite.

  Q: Tell us how your work is made.

  A: We work with recycled resin to design and cut each piece. Our concrete and jesmonite collections are all hand cast by us.

  Q: What makes you passionate about the medium and materials you work with?

  A: We love the options of color with the resin and concrete and Jesmonite. It allows us to be very creative.

  Q: What is something unique or unexpected about you or your work?

  A: The materials we work with are very uniique. We work with pre-consumer recycled resin that comes from of cuts of vending machines and skylights. Our Jesmonite is also a sustainable material.

  Q: Craft can bring with it the experience of delight and moments of wonder in the making process. How does wonder play a role in your practice?

  A: We love that each piece we make is unique and sometimes you find happy mistakes.

  Q: Is there a person in your life who inspires your work or who has helped shape your artistic practice?

  A: We are constantly being inspired by so many artists. There would be too many to name!
